Guinot Liftosome Facial - 60 minutes
The Liftosome facial has been specifically developed to treat the problems associated with mature skin, using the properties of orange extract, which acts as an invigorating stimulant. The high concentration of Vitamin C firms, regenerates and energises mature skin.
All facials include a relaxing Balinese scalp massage and a de-stressing foot and ankle treatment commencing with cleansing of the feet.
Massage
Signature Massage - 50 minutes
This massage applies moderate to deep pressure, incorporating a range of techniques to ensure well-being, including neuromuscular release, trigger point, stretching and compression, accompanied with hot oils and pure indulgence.
Well-Being Full Body Massage - 50 minutes
Pamper yourself with a traditional Swedish massage that employs long flowing strokes to ensure deep relaxation and improve circulation. The Swedish strokes are combined with other techniques based on your specific needs and areas of concern. Hot oils are applied to increase relaxation and pampering.
Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage - 30 minutes
Let one of our experts concentrate on your back, neck and shoulders with traditional Swedish massage techniques to ease away your tensions and promote relaxation.
Reflexology - 50 minutes
Reflexology has helped heal mind and body for over 2000 years. Your therapist uses pressure on certain points in the feet to locate energy blockages within pathways that lead to specific organs. By working these points the therapist directly effects the systems of your body, helping to achieve balance.
Hot Stones Massage
The hot stones massage uses hot volcanic stones to melt away tension and revitalise energy resources. Hot stones are placed on the chakra points along the spine to open the "chi" or life force to start both the detoxifying of the body and the body’s own self-healing mechanism. Heated oils add to the feeling of being pampered and you will emerge feeling deeply relaxed mentally, physically and spiritually.
This treatment starts with the serenity foot ritual and thorough consultation where your therapist will have the chance to find out what your main concerns are. Once these have been established you will be taken on the second part of the journey where your visualisation will focus on pure indulgence and happy memories.
The body will be brushed and this will instantly increase lymphatic flow and prepare the body for this intense heat treatment and allow for maximum absorption of the heat.
Your therapist will use the stones as an extension of the hands and the deep slow massage strokes will slowly transport you to an even deeper level of relaxation.

Serenity Poultice Massage
This amazing treatment uses an aromatic blend of oils which have a therapeutic effect on the mind and body. Circulation and lymphatic flow is increased with the aid of warm oils, which will leave you feeling nurtured and completely relaxed. The treatment starts with the journey sequence which uses visualisation and abdominal breathing to allow you to let go and be open to the full benefits of the massage.
The unbleached all-natural muslin cloth will exfoliate the skin and the dried herbal mix of marigold petals, lavender flowers, ginger and gingko leaf will deeply relax the muscles and alleviate aches and pains.
The massage movements include polarity therapy, pressure point stimulation and shiatsu which will provide balance on all levels. The treatment starts with the cleansing foot ritual and consultation and your therapist will explain how this treatment can be tailor made to suit your individual needs.
