OnboardSpa Company wins Cunard Royal Spa contract

February 2007 The Onboard Spa Company are most pleased to announce winning the tender process to operate Cunard's Royal Spa and Fitness Centre onboard Queen Victoria. After many months of planning, development and negotiation, Princess awarded the contract to the dynamic Onboard Spa Company.

"The Queen Victoria project is our most unique to date," announced Harold Gittelmon, MD of Hardings Holdings. "Our Managing Director of Operations and partner in the business, Darryl Preston, has developed a spa experience like no other ever before offered onboard any vessel".

The whole team at The Onboard Spa Company are proud to have created such a unique onboard offering and are excited about offering the opportunity to our experienced staff to be a part of the launch of such a prestigious vessel. In order to achieve this, The Onboard Spa Company has developed an additional eight new Guest Services Training modules in order to meet the 'White Star Service' experience that has become an integral component of the Cunard experience.
