Amy Neale appointed recruitment manager

After a very successful career at sea as a Spa Manager and most recently Operations Manager for Harding Brothers Spa Division and The Onboard Spa Company, Amy Neale has accepted the position of Recruitment Manager.

Often referred to as 'the face of the company', her organisational and interpersonal skills fit the requirements of the position as she now spends her time presenting to applicants across the UK as well as leading the recruitment team in both here and abroad.

With the company expanding steadily with numerous new contracts in place, it has been a goal of the company to create a more structured recruitment team to meet the needs of the business in 2008 and beyond.

In addition to this, the training academy in Southampton has increased its capacity and space by 100% so as to easily meet the demands of its growing business. Couple this with all new staff accommodation close by and the shore side experience for both new and experienced members of staff continues to surpass the expectations of all.
