Proud of our Maritime heritage, The OnboardSpa Company Operatons Team are based in Southampton at Canute Chambers, the original offices of the famous White Star Line.
Drew Kenneady, Operations Director
Drew Kenneady originally comes to us from an award winning career in the film and television business as a stylist and make-up artist to the stars. After a successful six-year management career at sea, he now manages the Operational side of the business and oversees the day to day running of the Training Academy.
Sarah Crocker, Operations Assistant
After four years at sea, Sarah has taken the position of Operations Assistant. Her role involves sending out the spa pre-bookings to the ships, arranging flights and accommodation, whilst supporting the operations department and meeting their needs.
Yvonne Flack, Operations Supervisor
Yvonne is Operations Supervisor for a large number of UK brand vessels based throughout the UK, the Mediterranean and the Caribbean. Having completed a successful onboard career, Yvonne provides much of the motivation for these vessels, providing both Operational and Management support. On a day to day basis Yvonne is also in contact with every vessel and now she spends much of her time travelling the world visiting the staff and launching new initiatives.
