Employee testimonials
Denise Vanderkuip, Orthopaedic Massage Therapist
Ship: Oceana
The most enjoyable part about working on ships is the people, everyday. I spend inordinate amount of time with the
same people and because of their vitality and positive energy I love. The long hours are barely noticeable when you
have as much fun and laughter in the work place. The diversity of people and places creates a constant atmosphere
of change and growth. With every new opportunity around the corner, life on ships holds nothing but adventures.
Handre Zaaiman, Sports Massage Therapist
Ship: Ventura
I’ve been working on board cruise ships for 6 months and I’m currently doing my 2nd contract on board the P&O
Ventura. Working as a Massage Therapist presents many challenges on board, this coupled with long hours and high
expectations can be daunting. However when you look back at the friends you’ve made, the experience you gain and the
places you see, it is all worth it. I am truly, ‘living the dream’
