Training while at the Academy
All staff will receive training through our training academy in Southampton and will complete the following Guest Service Modules prior to embarking a ship:
- Module 1: Great Customer Service
- Module 2: Assertiveness
- Module 3: Time Management
- Module 4: Work Life Balance
- Module 5: Handling Conflict in the work place
- Module 6: Customer Complaint Systems
- Module 7: Customer Service Surveys
